From there, we will review our portfolio of prime rental properties in your chosen areas, and find properties that best fit your budget and requirements. We will contact you immediately as soon as we have a property that ticks all the right boxes.

Right Property for You

Through our thorough registration process we will gain a full understanding of what you want, timescales and how you would like to be contacted.  By doing this, we want to be sure we do not waste your valuable time by showing you properties which do not match your requirements.

Viewings

We recommend early viewings in order to secure a property. With longer opening hours and option to contact us after our office hours, we accompany you to viewings so we can use our knowledge and expertise to help you through the viewing process.

Offer Stage

Once you have seen something you like, you will need to complete an application for tenancy where you will be able to detail any special requirements and provide details for your references. We will then let the landlord know of the offer. If your offer is accepted, one week’s holding deposit will be required to secure the property, we will then organise collection of references and carry out credit checks.

Completion

We will collect your moving in payment and arrange signing of the tenancy agreement. You will be given a set of keys upon completion and you are now ready to move in.
