Preparing Your Property To Let
Presenting your property is vital to getting a successful let. Our professional in-house photographers will take high quality images and draw up accurate floor plans (if necessary). For them to do this, it is important you show your home in the best light addressing any DIY issues, and where necessary decluttering to show rooms in their truest form. You will also need to obtain a comprehensive inventory which will set out the condition and contents of the property. Our professional in-house inventory team can do this for you.
Marketing Your Property
Once you have signed our Terms of Business, we will get on to immediately marketing it through our extensive network . Our team monitors our various channels throughout the day making sure your property is advertised through all of them and enquiries are followed up.
With longer opening hours and options to contact us after our office hours, we accompany you to viewings so we can use our knowledge and expertise to help you through the viewing process.
Receiving An Offer
Once we receive and offer we will let you know the full details so you can decide whether or not you want to accept it. If you decide to accept it, we will organise full referencing and draw up the tenancy agreement and collect the deposit. It is also during this stage, if required, we can organise any relevant safety certificates, cleaning, an inventory and check in.
Moving In Date
On the day of completion a qualified inventory clerk will check them in, will take a final meter reading and produce a schedule of condition.
